All songs and musical works by the band polariot are protected under international copyright laws, including the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz – UrhG), the EU Copyright Directive, and global treaties such as the Berne Convention.

The exclusive rights to the lyrics and musical compositions lie with the members of polariot, namely Dominic Hoffmann, Vincent Witt, and their fellow band members.
Lyrics are authored by Nic Hoffmann, and all compositions are collaboratively created by the band polariot.

We distribute our music exclusively via the independent digital distribution service:

Usage Rights and Prohibition of Unauthorized Use

All audio recordings, compositions, lyrics, and musical productions by polariot are intellectual property of the band and are protected under §§ 12–63 UrhG and equivalent international statutes.

It is strictly prohibited to:

or commercially exploit any part of our songs, recordings, or compositions without our prior written consent.

Commercial Use Requests

We do, however, allow the commercial use of our music by private individuals, companies, content creators, brands, or institutions under the following conditions:
